Jhonatan Villa at New Image Construction & Remodeling came highly recommended to us by the person we hired to fabricate and install new countertops in our kitchen. Jhonatan is very professional, detailed, on time, knowledgable, and provided valuable solutions. He was so reliable and trustworthy, that when we discovered that he was a GC, we asked him to help us with installing new plumbing fixtures and installing several new high end light fixtures. Our experience was excellent. Jhonatan took 100% ownership and went above and beyond to deliver on his promises. His bid was fair and the job was completed on time. It is obvious that he is very respected by his crew and subs. Everyone did exactly what they were hired to do, they were perfectly skilled for the job, they were on time, they cleaned up afterward, they were pleasant, they worked to completion, and took pride in their work to our satisfaction. They were so trustworthy, that I had to leave several times during the day to run errands, and felt 100% comfortable leaving them in my home. I give Jhonatan Villa gets a 10 out of 10! 5 Stars! New Image Construction Remodeling replaced all the front doors in each unit as well as replaced/updated most of the electrical. I’m super impressed with the overall works, pricing and lastly the care they took engaging with my tenants while performing the work! It was a fairly large-scale job, that involved work in almost every room in the house. Their level of craftmanship was some of the best that I have seen, with great attention to detail. Besides their professionalism and workmanship, their punctuality and ability to hit the tight timeline involved was very impressive. Having done a number of remodels in previous properties, it's always difficult to find contractors that are honest and provide such a high level of service. I would not hesitate in recommending Jhonatan and his team for any remodeling or construction needs. (pic included was the finished product of a total gut job of the "hers" primary bathroom down to the studs and subfloor)
